To give the gift of an e-gift card, simply choose your e-gift card amount on this page, enter the recipient information and choose the value of the card. The card will be added to your cart and you can proceed to checkout.
Once checkout is complete, the recipient will receive an email that they have been gifted an e-gift card to www.smuuvbody.com with instructions on how to redeem towards their future purchases with us.
You can select the date, but not an exact time. That said, our system sends the gift card right when you place the order—so if you want it to land at 9 AM, place your order at 9 AM (based on your recipient’s time zone), and it’ll hit their inbox like clockwork.
Our digital gift cards don’t have an expiry date and never depreciate in value, so your recipient can treat themselves whenever they’re ready. However, if a card with a balance has had no activity for 5 years after the date of purchase, it will be automatically deactivated. Please note that a deactivated gift card after this time cannot be reactivated or recovered.

Yes, split payments are allowed with e-gift cards. The e-gift card amount will apply first, and if there’s a remaining balance, you can pay it with a credit card.
No, the Smuuv Digital Gift card only works on our website www.smuuvbody.com and will not work on other stores.
Unfortunately it is not possible to alter the value of the eGift Card after payment. Once the eGift Card has been purchased, the value cannot be modified.
If your eGift Card has not yet been delivered because you have selected a future delivery date, you can cancel your order by contacting our Customer Experience Teams here. If the eGift Card has already been delivered, your purchase cannot be cancelled.

- The Smuuv Body e-gift card can be used to purchase products exclusively at smuuvbody.com. The amount of your purchase will be deducted from the card balance. You can use the card multiple times until the full value is used.
- This e-gift card is not redeemable for cash, unless required by law. It does not expire and there are no fees for use.
- E-gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Discount codes and promos can’t be applied to digital gift card purchases. If you’re buying other products alongside a gift card, your promo will only apply to those items.
- Smuuv Body gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and can’t be redeemed for cash or resold.
- Smuuv Body gift cards cannot be purchased at a discounted price or combined with other promotions.
- Once received, the recipient will be able to use their gift card immediately.
