Only one discount code can be applied per order as our system only allows one discount per order, as stated in our terms and conditions. If you have another discount code that you would like to use, please feel free to use it towards a future purchase.
Discount codes are disabled during our site-wide promotions as the discount is automatically applied at checkout.
Yes! We regularly run promotions and offer exclusive discount codes through our email newsletter, SMS list, and social media. We may offer discounts and other promotions from time to time, so be sure to sign up for emails to receive notifications. Our promotions are limited time only and cannot be applied to past orders. All marked down merchandise with the (FINAL SALE) tag is final sale and cannot be returned. Gift Cards and Sale Items, are excluded from any discounts.
Once you sign up for an account on our website, you will automatically be emailed a magical discount code. Please be sure to check your promotions and spam folders. Be sure to check your email before you place your first order. You must enter your unique discount code at checkout for it to apply to your order.
No retro discounts, Amigo! Sales and promos are like fireworks, here and gone in a flash and we cannot retroactively apply discounts or promo codes as sales and promotions have a limited duration. Wish we could discount travel back in time, but gotta keep things in check as guidelines are in place to maintain consistency and fairness for all customers. Your understanding is appreciated and hope you're cool with that!
Gift cards are excluded from all sales, promotions (with a qualifier) and discount codes. See our Terms and Conditions page to learn more about our promotion exclusions.
You can apply your code during checkout, on the payment screen. Just enter it in the promo code box and click "Apply."
Yes — gift cards are treated as payment, so you can still apply a valid discount code at checkout.
Check the expiration date, minimum purchase requirements, and eligible products. Oftentimes, if there's an existing discount is already on your order that's larger than the discount you have, only the largest discount may apply. If that's not the case and your discount code still doesn’t work, reach out to us at support@smuuvbody.com.
